Terms of Service & Sales Policy

Welcome to our online store. By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

While we strive for accuracy, we operate both an online store and a physical storefront. Because items are sold in-store simultaneously, products may occasionally be out of stock without notice. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a lead time, or a full refund.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.
Professional Installation: For products involving technical installation or vehicle modifications, we strongly recommend professional fitment. We are not liable for any damage caused by improper self-installation.

All prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from typographical errors in pricing or stock levels.
Payment must be cleared in full before any goods are dispatched or services are rendered.

We strive to ensure that our online inventory levels are as accurate as possible. However, because we also operate a physical storefront and sell products in-person, our stock levels fluctuate rapidly.
Out of Stock Items: On rare occasions, an item may be marked as “in stock” online but may have been sold in-store just prior to your order.
Resolution: If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible to offer an estimated lead time, an alternative product, or a full refund.

Delivery: Dispatch and delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Return Policy: Items must be returned in original, unopened packaging within 30 days.
Return Expenses: All returns are to be sent back at the customer’s/buyer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

All products are sold with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Claims: Warranty terms and conditions for each product are set by the respective manufacturer or distributor. All warranty claim decisions (approvals or denials) are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer or distributor.
Processing: You may handle claims directly with the manufacturer/distributor for faster processing, or you may send the item back to our store for assessment.
Exclusions: Warranty coverage applies strictly to the product. Return freight costs and labor charges (including removal or re-installation) are not covered by us or the manufacturer and remain the responsibility of the customer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits or damage to vehicles) arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics, and original photography. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
